Support

Our remote and telephone support gives you unlimited access to our skilled and experienced engineers from 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday. You may call this support line as many times as you would like as part of your contract asking any IT related question.

As part of our support we use remote control software for which we simply provide you with a web address, and in little more than a minute, we can be remotely sharing your desktop with you, and working interactively with white boarding, chat, and other tools in order to communicate remotely more effectively. It is safe, secure, and firewall friendly.

This tool can also be used for more technical issues involving PC's or network servers, or to provide any other type of general assistance, such as software installation, spyware removal, program upgrades and more without the need for us to necessarily visit your offices.
